Brian’s engagements focused on helping his clients address a wide variety of marketing, sales and customer support issues.

Brian began his career at Opinion Research Corporation in its Customer Loyalty and Retention practice. He holds a BBA in Marketing from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
