Description	Graduated from ETSU. Worked 9 years in NBN at Presbyterian Hospital and started a lactation service in 1990. Currently 45 employees in department, hospital based outpatient lactation center called The Nursing Mother's Place is located at three hospital sites and in one pediatric clinic. Also Women's Center boutique is under cost center. 8600births/year between 3 sites. Inpatients at all locations seen 365 days /year. Didactic and Clinical Internship initiated in 1999. I have three grown children and am expecting first grandchild in December.
