Blizzard's best chance to make meaningful

On the other hand it could be Activision Blizzard's best chance to make meaningful, substantial improvements to worker conditions along with studio's culture. Microsoft is a massive business with standard structures to reduce workplace harassment. And there is no the reason why its management has not allowed for abuses similar to the ones at Activision Blizzard in severity or magnitude. In general, Microsoft is a generally great workplace, especially in comparison to the company that it has recently acquired. Establishing a positive culture and having it be one of the highest levels of organization power pyramid should help root out bad elements and establish clearer standards for the behavior of employees.
